Yes! Free shipping is available for orders over €300 (excluding taxes).
Are customs fees included in the shipping cost?
For international shipments (including the UK), customs duties and taxes may apply based on local regulations. These fees are not included in our shipping costs and are the customer’s responsibility.

What should I do if my order is delayed?
If your order is delayed by more than 5 business days, you may be eligible for a 20% refund. Delays of more than 10 business days may qualify for a full refund (terms apply).
